This contemporary art fair offers something for all the family.

Held along Felixstowe’s beautiful seafront – from the Pier to the Spa Pavilion theatre. Over 100 artists from East Anglia and beyond will be displaying and selling original artwork in a wide variety of media, including painting, ceramics, glass, photography and textiles.

Free art activity tents, led by friendly professional artists, offering children and adults the opportunity to have-a-go at making art. This year: ‘Seascape Collage’ with paper, tissue, paints and sand; ‘Corn Dollies’ with traditional straw weaving; ‘Jitterbug Tiles’ using clay, mini-beast casts and metallic paints; ‘Paint-a-Picnic’ using fabric and dyes; and ‘Weaving’ using ribbons, string, sticks and thread.

Display of art work by local schoolchildren.

Live music and entertainment, including Ipswich Hospital Band, J.S. and the Lockerbillies, Felixstowe Harmonies, Skedaddle Ceilidh Band, Danegeld Morris Dancers and Bridie the stiltwalking tea lady. Refreshments.
